A very good first experience. Requested a simple oil/filter change, along with investigating SOS Backup Battery. The guys are knowledgable and clearly are BMW experts. Communication is good also. Will be using them going forward after rubbish customer service and pricing from Arden BMW in Tunbridge Wells.

The usual excellence at Munich Legends today for an oil service and vehicle inspection. Sensible pricing combined with an excellent professional, friendly attitude from all staff. A highlight was the 3.3 litre E39 Alpina 5 series loan car! A terrific “old school” experience. Brilliant!

Having not been there before I’ve ended up going to Munich Legends twice this year and on both occasions the service has been exemplary. Earlier this year they rebuilt the diff on my e39 which is not something many others can do. More recently I purchased a lovely M5 touring from them - very well prepared and priced car and an excellent service from Dan and Michelle that made for a friendly and relaxed purchase.

The only place to get your BMW serviced. The team are real experts and do their work with passion and precision. They have looked after our M3 E90 for over 6 years... I think I must have used ML for all parts of the business by now; acquired an E30 M3 many years ago, but more recently they've worked on two other BMWs for me, followed up with selling one of them on my behalf in the last couple of weeks, so I think I'm reasonably well able to offer an informed opinion. At all times they have been professional and very knowledgeable; maybe they can be a victim of their own success on occasions, being so busy, but I'd use them over a main dealer or other specialists without hesitation, and that applies even though they're 360 miles away, which must say something!

Friendly staff. Lead time for a service is a reasonable 3 weeks and no problem having a loan car. Main BMW dealer is a nightmare. Now that my car is out of warranty I will use them all the time.
